What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are highly competitive on our prices and very reasonable reasonable we do senior discounts and discounts on lawn care in the same street neighborhood and next door discounts on neighborhood mulching

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up a time to meet with the homeowner and discuss the project and sometimes I have to email them a full quote for the project after I research the details add up labor materials expenses and then send the estimate to the homeowner within 3 days of meeting with the customer

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I bring 10 years hands-on experience, working for different reputable, landscaping and tree companies in the area! I have experience from just a Labor to running a maintenance crew worked for a pool construction company as well so I have that

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is pretty much all I’ve done all my life worked for large companies from doing it as a kid as well. This is in my blood.

Do your research on the provider

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure there fully insured and bond and ask for a copy of there general liability insurance and check out there reviews and make sure you can trust them to and check with other customer that has done business with the contractor you are looking to hire
